War on Terror - Successful?

War on terror?

I do not believe in conspiracy theories typically although I accept that what we see in our world (through the media and through government propaganda) is nothing like the reality we live in. With this in mind I found it difficult to vote in this poll as I do not fully believe there was a terror for us to go to war with!  

We are given an enemy which nobody can disprove, an act of outrageous cruelty is carried out (possibly by the CIA themselves) and this forces us to think there is a terror in this world which needs irradicated. I do not believe it and I think we are having the wool pulled over our eyes.
